Two New Tricks!

I can sit up all on my own!! For 15 seconds, and then I flop. But I laugh when I flop, so it's ok.

Trying a Video....

Taylor rolled over! Of course, she did it while in her crib, and we were not watching, but we know that she rolled because she was on her belly, and not so happy about it! It's happened twice now, and she's been really close this week to rolling from belly to back when we've been playing. A better parent would probably post a video of her rolling or something, but I've decided to post a video that we tried to take last weekend. Taylor fell asleep on Andy's arm, so I picked her up to put her in the pack and play. Since she fell asleep with her feet and legs scrunched, she wanted to stay like that when we put her on her back. I didn't get the video in time, and it's really shaky because I was laughing so hard, but you can see her drop her legs and then yank them back up again. This went on for a good 3 minutes before Andy and I were smart enough to stop laughing and grab the camera....hopefully it works!

I feel kind of bad, since she was sick when I took this...but it was too cute!

Every day, we have to pull her feet or arms out of the crib.

Seriously...no one should ever question her paternity.

I think the camera may be scary.....

A little bit Punk Rocker...

4 Months Old

Taylor turned a legitimate four months old yesterday! We have started her on a little bit of cereal, which Taylor seems to like, but I think looks disgusting. She's 75% of the way there on the rolling over scene, but she's going to do it from back to front. Good to know that we are raising her to think for herself, right?


Just a little bit more! Maybe if she wasn't laying on that arm, she'd make it.

Who knows what she's laughing at, but it sure was funny!

I try to keep Huck from licking her, but she cracks up when he does it...

We haven't been able to update much over the holiday's (ok, we were lazy), so I'll put up multiple pictures to make up for the last few weeks.


This is what happens now when we wake up Taylor in the morning. Seriously, we start her out horizontally at 8:30 pm, but by 6:30 am, this is her new position. I think she wiggles her legs so much during the night that she spins around, with her butt as the pivot point. Go figure.
